This type of setup puts the focus on the audience and makes it easy for speakers to direct their attention towards specific attendees or sections of the audience. Although it’s not as engaging as other formats for meetings, this arrangement can help to keep the crowd engaged and engaged during sessions lasting longer than an hour.
